Job Purpose:
The selected candidates will support R&D projects by conducting experimental work, performing wet-chemical analysis, maintaining accurate documentation, and completing assigned tasks according to project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute experimental work for ongoing R&D projects as per defined protocols.
- Perform wet-chemical analysis of in-house and external samples.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals as per safety guidelines.
- Record experimental data accurately in Excel sheets on a day-to-day basis.
- Prepare detailed technical reports in MS Word within assigned timelines.
- Assist in data analysis and interpretation under the guidance of the reporting manager.
- Coordinate effectively with R&D and QC teams for sample analysis and validation.
- Maintain laboratory discipline, safety, and housekeeping standards.
Educational Qualifications:
- Candidates must have completed a full-time M.Sc. degree in any of the following specializations: Inorganic Chemistry, Metallurgy, Analytical Chemistry, Physical Chemistry
- Experience Required: Freshers are eligible.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of Inorganic and Solution Chemistry.
- Knowledge of Analytical Chemistry, preferably with hands-on laboratory exposure.
- Strong documentation and data recording skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
