Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Perform and oversee a wide range of analytical and quality control tests to ensure product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Support research and development initiatives by providing accurate analytical data and technical recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement in laboratory practices, testing methodologies, and instrument performance.
- Lead quality assurance activities, internal audits, and compliance with GMP, GLP, HACCP, and company standards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs to deliver business objectives.
- Mentor and develop laboratory technicians while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Food Science, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience in Quality Control, Analytical Chemistry, or Laboratory Operations within the Flavors, Fragrances, Food, Chemical, or FMCG industry.
Required Skills
- Hands-on expertise in GC, GC-MS, method validation, instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, and data interpretation.
- Sound knowledge of GMP, GLP, HACCP, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience working with SAP, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
