Job Description
The Junior Executive in Quality Control will be responsible for various tasks related to sample management, testing of raw and packing materials, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This Amneal Quality Control Job involves supporting laboratory operations, maintaining documentation, and participating in inspections to uphold regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Sample management, including sample in/out, entry/exit of samples, test sample requests, and management of sample request forms for QC laboratory activity.
- Ensure that all raw material and packing material testing and method verification activity is carried out per schedule and per GMP.
- Sampling of raw material and packing material, and physical verification of consumables as per production priorities.
- Preparation of raw material/packing material specifications and DRS.
- Support laboratory operations including method verification, equipment qualification, calibration, cleaning and maintenance.
- Responsible for analysis of samples, following test methods, and generation of results.
- Participate in inspections and ensure that the laboratory and documents are in a constant state of regulatory compliance.
- Assist in writing SOP documents and supporting continuous improvement of test procedures.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s degree in Science (Chemistry/Analytical/Biotechnology).
- Good verbal and email communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong compliance mindset.
- Curiosity to read, learn, and work across cross-functional teams.
- Basic MS Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Flexible to work in shifts as per operational requirements.
