An Undergraduate Intern will collaborate closely with engineers on various projects aimed at customer support and the optimization of electroplating processes for advanced materials and applications. This hands-on chemical engineering internship provides exposure to cutting-edge research in surface finishing, materials science, and electrochemistry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Characterize plated samples using analytical tools (e.g., SEM, XRF, microscopy, adhesion and thickness testing).
- Maintain detailed experimental records, write technical summaries, and contribute to qualification reports.
- Assist in troubleshooting bath stability and deposition issues under the guidance of senior team members.
- Maintain a clean and safe lab environment, following all safety and chemical handling protocols.
- Interpret and analyze test reports, providing actionable insights to drive project success.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B-Tech in Chemical Engineering.
- Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global team with good communication skills.
- Proficiency in IT skills, including knowledge of MS Office.
