Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing lab experiments, optimising processes, and ensuring effective technology transfer within the IPDO department. Responsibilities
- Observe lab experiments for process optimisation.
- Modify processes during observations in agreement with CRD.
- Generate what-if/negative experiments data based on draft processes.
- Conduct material balance estimations for by-product generation.
- Prepare disposal procedures for by-products based on literature.
- Compile environmental load reports and scale-up reports.
- Study critical process parameters and solvent recovery notes.
- Prepare and share equipment mapping for kilo lab/pilot plant developmental batches.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational qualification in Chemical Engineering (B.Tech/M.Tech).
- Relevant experience in the Technology Absorption Team.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Required Skills
- Basic and detailed engineering knowledge.
- Process mapping and equipment sizing expertise.
- Proficiency in process safety, HAZOP, and risk assessment.
- Experience in process development and troubleshooting.
- Ability to prepare engineering documents and reports.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
