Job description
- Training, Quality Management & Capturing Market Practices: In this Asian Paints chemistry job, ensure post-training interviews and site visits and based on feedback, work on improving training delivery in consultation with BM – Training Content.
- Training Delivery & Capability Building: Ensuring that the training delivery is as per the guidelines shared by CA BM.
- Participant Management & Tracking: Participants’ profiling to enable training in a structured manner.
- CA Management: 1) Implementing systems & processes to improve the state of infrastructure 2) Ensuring timely reporting of monthly expenses by the 5th of the following month to the Admin Officer.
- Support/training to new trainer / Technologist: 1) Briefing of job profile/role 2) Sharing of reading material such as product details, technical data sheet, PIS, Safety Manual, etc. 3) Arrangement of application workshop with technology/marketing.
- Market understanding/data capturing: Capturing market practices on a regular basis and sharing it with the HO team for further analysis.
Eligibility Criteria
- Essential: B.Sc. in Chemistry or Diploma in Paint Technology.
- Minimum of 50% throughout education.
- Graduation must be through a full-time day course.
- Desired: M.Sc. Chemistry.
- Applicants with an Engineering background (B. Tech/B.E./B. Pharma/Diploma) and MBA will not be considered.
- Previous Experience: Relevant experience of 0-1 years preferred.
