IIT Kanpur Assistant Professor Job Description
The IIT Kanpur Assistant Professor positions are available for candidates with a Ph.D. and a strong academic record. Fresh Ph.D. graduates will initially be appointed on a contract basis for three years, with the possibility of regularization thereafter. Candidates with three or more years of experience may receive a regular appointment. The institute follows reservation policies in accordance with the Central Educational Institutes (Reservation in Teachers’ Cadre) Act, 2019.
