Position: Chemistry Content Expert – Agentic Solutions
Location: India
Role Overview: As a Data Discovery and Enrichment Expert, the successful candidate will integrate chemistry expertise with GenAI search practices to optimize user experiences in finding chemistry information. This Elsevier Chemistry Vacancy involves designing and evaluating GenAI-based search behaviors, creating high-quality test sets for training and validation, and collaborating with Data Science and Technology partners to develop new AI search solutions for Reaxys.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and validation of chemistry connectors for agentic solutions.
- Create test sets and evaluation datasets to assess the quality, accuracy, and reliability of chemistry connectors.
- Analyze connector outputs against expected results, identifying gaps, errors, or edge cases.
- Perform data analysis and create reports summarizing evaluation results and recommendations.
Eligibility Criteria
- PhD or post-doctoral experience in Organic Chemistry or a closely related field, with hands-on lab or research experience.
