TAPI QC Technician Job Description
The TAPI QC Technician role is critical to ensuring the integrity, compliance, and reliability of stability testing and analytical operations at TAPI’s cutting-edge manufacturing facility. The selected candidate will be responsible for various analytical tasks and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis of stability samples, Finish Product samples & working standard qualification activity as per the defined procedure & monograph.
- Deep knowledge about the HPLC, GC, KF, Auto titrator, Vacuum open operation procedure as well as troubleshooting by following the GLP practices.
- Maintaining a system of methods and specification for all materials and products.
- Data filling and maintaining the logbooks, certificate, stability report and stability data in archive.
- To initiate the LIR / OOS if any procedural gap related with SOP / monograph during routine activity.
- Qualifications of all analytical instruments should be maintained in stability Section.
- Follow the defined safety procedure during day-to-day activity in laboratory.
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience Level: 3-6 Years
Industry Experience: API/Pharma Experience is required
Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry
Required Skills:
- Solid understanding of Quality Control procedures.
- Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GLP (Good Laboratory Practices).
- Ability to handle instrument troubleshooting and follow documentation protocols.
