Zentiva Quality Control Job Description
This Zentiva Quality Control job involves implementing quality control activities for pharmaceuticals at Ankleshwar while adhering to regulatory, global quality, and HSE guidelines. The position focuses on optimum utilization of resources to ensure consistent product quality and to meet customer requirements while following Group Values and Code Ethics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan timely sampling, analysis, and review of raw material, bulk product, intermediates, finished goods, packing material, and other pharmaceutical samples.
- Perform analysis of raw material samples received from new vendors for pharmaceuticals.
- Plan calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment and assist in qualification of laboratory equipment.
- Review pharmacopeias for specification preparation.
- Prepare SOPs, formats, and Analytical Test Record.
- Manage reference standards, working standards, laboratory reagents, and chemicals.
- Investigate out-of-specification results, conduct retesting, and review analysis records.
- Prepare protocols for Analytical Method validation/Transfer and cleaning validation.
Eligibility for Zentiva Quality Control Job
- Post Graduate in Science (Organic Chemistry).
- Exposure to GMP and GLP in a chemical and instrumental testing laboratory.
- 2-4 years of experience in chemical & instrumental testing laboratory with exposure to GMP, GLP.
