The Executive I in Production will be responsible for ensuring adherence to production processes, managing operations, and maintaining safety and quality standards. - Plan shift activities with respect to manpower, machine, batches, etc.
- Close coordination with other sections (Packing) and all service departments to ensure timely completion of production targets.

- Lead and supervise the shift-based team (operators and contractors) on a shift-to-shift basis.
