Key Responsibilities include:
- Conduct post-training interviews and site visits and use feedback to improve training delivery in consultation with the BM – Training Content.
- Deliver training according to the guidelines shared by CA BM.
- Profile and track participants to ensure structured training.
- Implement systems and processes to improve Colour Academy infrastructure.
- Ensure timely reporting of monthly expenses to the Admin Officer.
- Support and train new trainers/technologists by explaining their roles and sharing product details, technical data sheets, PIS, safety manuals, and other relevant materials.
- Arrange application workshops in coordination with technology and marketing teams.
- Regularly capture market practices and share relevant data with the Head Office team for further analysis.
Qualifications
Essential
- B.Sc. in Chemistry or Diploma in Paint Technology
- Minimum of 50% throughout education
- Graduation must be through a full-time day course.
Desired
- M.Sc. Chemistry
- Applicants with an Engineering background (B. Tech/B.E./B. Pharma/Diploma) and MBA will not be considered.
Experience
