- Project Title: LC-HRMS Dereplication-Guided Isolation and Characterization of Bioactive Secondary Metabolites from Endozoic Fungi Associated with Marine Invertebrates
- Principal Investigator: Dr. Abhijeet Kate, Professor, Department of Natural Products
- Engagement Tenure: Under this NIPER Ahmedabad recruitment, the position is for a period of 12 months, subject to performance and continuation of the project for the next 12 months. The position will be co-terminus with the project.
Salary: Rs. 31,000/- plus HRA as per applicable rate (For NET/GATE qualified); Rs. 23,213/- consolidated for Non-NET/GATE candidates.
Eligibility for NIPER Ahmedabad Recruitment
- Essential Qualification: M. Pharm/ MS Pharm/ MSc or Equivalent with specialization in Natural Products/ Pharmacognosy/ Chemistry or equivalent with specialization in Pharmacy/ Life sciences/ Chemical Sciences with hands-on experience in fungal culture, isolation, and structure elucidation of natural products. PG degree with 60% marks for GN/OBC (55% for SC/ST/PH) from UGC recognized University/ Institute, autonomous bodies NIPER/IITs/IISER.
- Desired Qualification: GATE/CSIR/UGC NET/GPAT qualified.
- Desired Work Experience: Prior experience in performing column Chromatography, HPLC analysis, LC-MS, and NMR data interpretation.
