Job Description
The Avantor QC job involves executing Quality Control activities at Avantor. This role involves ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations, conducting timely analysis of samples, and maintaining accurate documentation as per GMP and ISO guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely reports to SAP for result recording.
- Conduct sampling and analysis for raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods.
- Ensure compliance with ATR and assist in ISO implementation.
- Maintain ISO 9001:2015, SAP, and other quality systems within the department.
- Train and supervise operators within the department.
- Monitor waste generated during operations and participate in emergency response activities.
- Maintain analytical records and log sheets according to GMP and ISO standards.
- Coordinate with tollers regarding quality-related issues and clarifications.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry.
- 1–3 years of experience in Quality Control, including knowledge of cGMP and ISO.
- Experience in fine chemicals and pharmaceutical companies.
- Familiarity with HPLC, GC, and wet analysis.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
