Sika QA/QC Jobs: Job Details
The QA QC Jobs opening is for the position of Senior Executive – QA/QC at Sika’s Jhagadia location in Gujarat. This is a full-time, permanent position within Quality Control & Assurance. The selected candidate will report to the Sr. Manager QA/QC and will be responsible for maintaining product quality, laboratory documentation, testing procedures, compliance, equipment utilization, and laboratory safety. These Chemistry Jobs require relevant QA/QC experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Quality of Raw Materials, Intermediates, Finished Goods, and Packing materials.
- Generate Certificate of Analysis for all the batches produced.
- Maintain Control samples of all the FG and raw materials with tracking records.
- Preparation of lab batch of finish goods when required.
- Ensure timely calibration of instruments used in QC testing.
- Ensure compliance with ISO Standards.
- Ensure the availability of Material Safety Data Sheets for relevant materials.
- Maintain records pertaining to QC testing of all materials related to Production.
Sika QA/QC Jobs: Eligibility Criteria
- BSc. in Chemistry with 2 to 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of quality control processes.
- Experience in laboratory management.
- Ability to generate detailed reports.
