Eligibility Criteria

For this IISER Tirupati Recruitment, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • PhD degree in Chemical Sciences.
  • Candidates who have submitted their thesis and are awaiting the award of a PhD degree may also apply.
  • Evidence of having conducted high-quality research during or after their PhD program is required.
  • Desirable: Experience in growing single crystals of metal halide hybrids and/or experience in crystallography and optical spectroscopy (UV-Vis spectroscopy, photoluminescence, time-resolved photoluminescence, thermal studies).

Fellowship

  • Rs. 58,000/- per month + 10% HRA for candidates producing the PhD certificate.
  • Rs. 42,000/- per month + 10% HRA for candidates whose PhD degree is awaited, provided they submit a letter from a competent authority stating that the thesis has been submitted and the final viva/defense is pending.
