Job Overview:
GSK is hiring an Analyst for its Quality function in Nashik, India. This is a full-time, on-site position with Job ID 445982, posted on 26 August 2026. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and non-routine analytical tests following approved methods and good documentation practices.
- Receive, register, prepare, and store samples according to laboratory procedures and safety rules.
- Record and review test results against specifications and report deviations or unexpected trends promptly.
- Carry out basic equipment checks, clean work areas, and support calibration and maintenance activities.
- Support method transfers, validations, and investigations into unexpected results or out-of-specifications.
- Maintain clear laboratory records and contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma or degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience or coursework in laboratory techniques and safe sample handling.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
- Ability to follow written procedures and laboratory protocols.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work on-site in a laboratory environment and follow site safety requirements.
Required Skills:
- More than 3-4 years of experience in a Quality Control Laboratory.
- Experience in stability testing programs and routine QC laboratory operations.
- Hands-on experience in analysis of Creams, Ointments, and Tablet formulations.
- Knowledge of analytical testing and method execution as per pharmacopoeial requirements: USP, IP, BP, EP.
- Experience in handling OOS, OOT, Incidents, Deviations, CAPA, etc.
- Familiarity with laboratory software and chromatography data systems such as SLIMS, Empower.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
