Age Limit:
- Research Associateship: Maximum Age: 35 years as on the date of interview.
- Junior Research Fellowship: Maximum Age: 28 years as on the date of interview.
Fellowship Stipend:
- Research Associateship: ₹67,000 per month
- Junior Research Fellowship: ₹37,000 per month for the 1st and 2nd year
Contingency Grant:
A contingency grant up to a maximum of:
- ₹15,000 per annum for Research Fellows
- ₹20,000 per annum for Research Associates
- will be paid on a reimbursement basis for the first two years.
- The contingency grant may be increased to ₹20,000 for subsequent years in the case of JRF.
- Candidates will also be eligible for HRA as per Government rules.
- Research Associates and Junior Research Fellows will not be eligible for other benefits such as DA, CCA, Bonus and Retirement benefits. However, medical facilities for self only will be available through the MI Room facility on the campus.
