Job Description
The Senior Executive – QA/QC will be responsible for ensuring the quality of raw materials, intermediates, finished goods, and packing materials
at Sika’s Construction Chemicals Plant. This role is critical in maintaining compliance with QC specifications and ISO standards, making it an essential position in the QA QC jobs landscape.Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality of raw materials, intermediates, finished goods, and packing materials as per QC specifications.
- Generate Certificates of Analysis for all batches produced.
- Maintain control samples of all finished goods and raw materials with tracking records.
- Prepare lab batches of finished goods when required.
- Assist in the timely calibration of instruments used in QC testing.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Maintain Material Safety Data Sheets for materials related to the Construction Chemicals Plant.
- Support compliance for all audits conducted in the laboratory.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: BSc in Chemistry
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of quality assurance and control processes.
- Ability to generate and maintain detailed documentation.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
