Position 1 – Young Scientist-I

- Ph.D. in Food Science/Food and Nutrition/Food Technology/Chemical Engineering/Agricultural Process Engineering/Food Process Engineering/Biochemical Engineering/Biological Engineering/Food Science and Technology/Biotechnology/Food Chemistry/Nanotechnology/Microbiology/Biochemistry/Pharmaceutical Technology/Biosciences
OR
- 3 years of research, teaching and design & development experience after M.E./M.Tech. in any of the above disciplines with at least one research paper in a Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.
Monthly Remuneration: ₹55,000/- consolidated

Position 2 – R&D Associate I
- Project: Centre of Excellence for Double/Multiple Fortified Salt and Development (SRP – 67)

Educational Requirements:
- M.Tech or M.Sc. in Food Process Engineering, Food Technology, Agricultural Process Engineering, Food Engineering and Management, Food and Nutrition, Food Science and Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology, Biosciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Post-Harvest Technology/Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Food Chemistry or Biomedical Engineering.
- M.Sc. candidates must be NET-qualified if their bachelor’s degree was a 3-year programme.
Desirable:
- Experience in wet lab analyses, food safety/quality analysis and maintaining a laboratory.
Monthly Remuneration: ₹45,000/- consolidated
Duration: 36 months
Position 3 – Senior Research Fellow
Project: Valorization of food industry waste for production of cellulose derivatives and its application as food additives (GAP-88)

- M.Tech/M.Sc. in any of the following disciplines: Food Process Engineering/Food Process Technology/Food Science and Technology/Food Science and Nutrition/Biotechnology/Chemical Engineering/Agricultural Engineering/Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry/Polymer Science/Material Science. NET is required for M.Sc. candidates.
Monthly Remuneration: ₹42,000 + 10% HRA
