Selection Process:
- Merely possessing the minimum prescribed educational qualifications does not entitle candidates to be called for an interview.

- The engagement is purely temporary and will not constitute a CSIR-NCL appointment, whether temporary or otherwise. It will not provide the appointee with any implicit or explicit right or claim for consideration against any CSIR-NCL post or fellowship.
- The prescribed educational qualifications represent the bare minimum, and merely possessing them does not guarantee that a candidate will be called for an interview.
- No separate interview call letter will be issued. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing for the interview.
- Selected candidates will be required to join duty immediately upon receipt of the offer of engagement.
