Job Description
The Senior Executive Production (API) will be responsible for overseeing production activities, ensuring compliance with operating instructions, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety
. Key responsibilities include managing batch operations, maintaining records, and coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient production processes.Responsibilities
- Follow operating instructions from the Shift-in-charge/Manager.
- Handle DCS as an operator.
- Ensure batch charging and other operations comply with BMR/SOP and GMP practices.
- Maintain manufacturing records online and ensure data integrity.
- Take samples of intermediate/in-process materials for testing.
- Ensure accurate production inputs in the SAP system.
- Generate PISCADA reports and review DCS alarms.
- Transfer finished goods using the Finished Goods Transfer Note.
- Check and maintain minimum stock of consumables and logbooks.
- Coordinate with service departments for production-related activities.
- Stop activities in case of abnormalities and inform superiors.
- Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness in the plant.
- Follow safety procedures and attend GMP & safety training.
- Supervise the work of operators and casuals.
- Participate in initiatives such as AET & CSR.
Eligibility Criteria
- Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in production roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of GMP and safety standards.
