Job Description
The EHS Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs across manufacturing operations. The role focuses on ensuring legal compliance, improving environmental performance, driving process safety initiatives, and implementing global EHS standards

- Lead and manage EHS for the unit, ensuring legal compliance and safe operations.
- Oversee environmental performance, waste treatment operations, and audits.
- Implement Behavior Based Safety and Process Safety maturity initiatives.
- Drive EHS digitalization and manage Capex projects for EHS improvement.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and company EHS requirements.
- Engage with various departments and external bodies for EHS matters.
- Educate and build awareness regarding EHS standards and practices.
- Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics and initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- BE in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical or MSc in Chemistry.
- Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized institute.
- 3-5 years of relevant manufacturing operations experience.
- Knowledge of local language is an advantage.
