Job Overview:
Sun Pharma is inviting applications for the position of Clinical Research Associate at its Corporate Office in Mumbai. Among the latest Clinical Research Jobs, this role focuses on managing clinical trial activities, coordinating with investigators, ensuring regulatory compliance, monitoring study sites, supporting participant recruitment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The selected candidate will play
a key role in ensuring the successful execution of clinical studies while maintaining high-quality research standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform site feasibility, identify potential investigators, negotiate study budgets, and finalize contracts.
- Prepare and submit study documents for Ethics Committee permission across centers.
- Oversee and document investigational product dispensing, inventory management, and reconciliation.
- Ensure timely site initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities, generating respective reports.
- Train investigators and site personnel on study protocols, procedures, and GCP principles.
- Facilitate the recruitment of trial participants and manage data entry, source data verification, and query resolution.
- Report Serious Adverse Events (SAEs) and Suspected Unexpected Serious Adverse Reactions (SUSARs) in compliance with regulations.
- Identify risks and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for underperforming sites.
- Coordinate with in-house or CRO partners for data management and statistical analysis.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a health-related field (Biology, Chemistry, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health) or a Post-graduate Diploma in Clinical Research.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in clinical research.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of GCP practices and regulatory guidelines in clinical trials.
- Expertise in Phase III and Phase IV clinical trials.
- Site management expertise.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
