Job Description
The Production Officer Trainee will support API manufacturing activities while ensuring compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards. This BSc Chemistry Freshers Job provides practical exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
, documentation, and production operations. Experienced professionals selected for Executive and Shift In-charge positions will manage production activities, supervise operations, and ensure timely achievement of production targets.Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the production process of APIs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Support senior staff in operational tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities.
- Participate in training and development programs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
- Report any issues to the management promptly.

Eligibility Criteria
- Production Trainee Officer: BSc in Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Engineering (Freshers).
- Executive/Sr Executive: BSc in Chemistry, Diploma in Chemical Engineering, MSc in Chemistry, or BE in Chemical Engineering with 2-5 years of experience.
- Shift In-charge: BSc in Chemistry, Diploma in Chemical Engineering, MSc in Chemistry, or BE in Chemical Engineering with 5-7 years of experience.
