Job Description
The Research Associate will be responsible for executing chemical reactions on a scale from milligrams to grams, synthesizing required quantities of molecules and compounds according to client specifications. The role demands adherence to safety protocols and good laboratory practices, maintaining
records, ensuring data integrity, and complying with intellectual property specifications. Proficiency in the purification of compounds and interpretation using analytical techniques such as NMR and LCMS is essential. Experience with automated synthesizers and purification processes is desirable.Key Responsibilities
- Executing chemical reactions in mg to gm scale.
- Synthesizing required quantities of molecules/compounds as per client specifications.
- Ensuring safety at work through good laboratory practices.
- Maintaining records, data integrity, and IP specifications.
- Purifying compounds and interpreting results using analytical techniques.
- Writing in the Electronic Lab Notebook.
Eligibility Criteria
- M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry.
- 2-9 years of relevant experience.
