Job Description
The IPQA Trainee role at Hetero Plasma Sciences Ltd. is an excellent MSc Chemistry Freshers Job for candidates looking to begin their careers
through Hetero Careers. Selected candidates will monitor in-process quality assurance activities, perform line clearance, review GMP documentation, participate in validation activities, and ensure compliance with quality systems during pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.Responsibilities
- Perform and monitor in-process quality assurance activities during manufacturing.
- Carry out line clearance activities at various stages of manufacturing, warehouse, and packing operations.
- Monitor cleanroom behavior and aseptic practices to ensure compliance with GMP standards.
- Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packing Records (BPR), and other GMP documentation.
- Support inspection of manufacturing operations to ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and GMP guidelines.
- Monitor in-process samples and assist in quality assurance activities.
- Participate in Process Validation, Cleaning Validation, and Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) activities.
- Maintain IPQA documentation, document control, and archival records.
