The Associate in DC Operations will be responsible for tracking and accountability of shift activities within the Hydrogenation Lab. The role involves managing day-to-day operations of hydrogenation reactors, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and maintaining records of reactor usage. This

- Manage day-to-day operation of Hydrogenation Lab reactors (Autoclave, Miniclave, and Tiniclave).
- Allocate reactors to scientists/teams based on approved bookings and operational priorities.
- Monitor reactor utilization and ensure optimum availability of equipment.
- Perform hydrogenation reactions as requested by authorized scientists/teams.
- Ensure compliance with EHSS requirements, SOPs, and hydrogenation safety guidelines.
- Maintain records of reactor usage, maintenance activities, and operational checks.
- Support training and guidance for laboratory personnel on hydrogenation reactor usage and safety practices.
- Ensure housekeeping, cleanliness, and audit readiness of the Hydrogenation Lab.
Eligibility Criteria
- Mid-level experienced resource with a scientific background.
Required Skills
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of computer basics, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on expertise in outbound logistics, inbound logistics, and SEZ documentation.
- Understanding of project and department goals.
- Ability to take ownership of personal deliverables.
