Job Description
The role involves developing, qualifying, implementing, and transferring new analytical methods from R&D to quality control and manufacturing groups. Candidates will handle samples from various stages of production and perform data analysis while adhering to established quality systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, qualify, implement, and transfer new analytical methods.
- Handle samples for analysis using analytical methods.
- Perform data generation, collation, and interpretation.
- Prepare analysis reports and document experiments in electronic lab notebooks.
- Compile experimental data for evaluation and author technical reports.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure adherence to 5S guidelines in the lab area.
- Support breakdown management of downstream equipment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Extensive experience with analytical methods – LC, CE, and methods for process impurities and excipient analysis for mAbs.
- Experience as a team lead and in method development, validation, and transfer to QC.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
Required Skills
- Experienced in analytical methods to independently perform daily activities.
- Good team player with experience in using electronic lab notebooks and TrackWise.
Education: Master’s degree in Life Science, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.
