Job Details

Job Description 

The Executive – TSD is responsible for providing technical support and documentation for Piramal Pharma Inc.’s products and processes within the Technical Services Department. The role focuses on maintaining compliance with regulatory standards while improving manufacturing efficiency. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing technical documents, supporting validation activities, investigating deviations, and assisting in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). This executive job requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of pharmaceutical operations and adherence to GMP and ICH guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, revise, and maintain batch records, SOPs, protocols, and reports for pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical support for manufacturing operations and troubleshoot process deviations.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Participate in process validation activities, including authoring protocols and reports.
• Investigate product quality issues, deviations, and customer complaints.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D teams.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and processes with proper documentation and training.
• Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support process improvements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related scientific discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in technical services, manufacturing, or quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ICH guidelines.
• Ability to author clear and accurate technical documentation.
• Experience with process validation and deviation investigation.
• Knowledge of CAPA management.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
