Syngene Recruitment 2026 invites applications for the position of Specialist Scientist in the Lead Analytical Development team at its Bangalore, Karnataka
facility. This Specialist Scientist Job is suitable for candidates with a Master’s degree in Life Science, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related discipline, including applicants seeking an MSc Chemistry Job with relevant analytical expertise. The role focuses on biologics development, LC and CE analytical techniques, method development, qualification, validation, troubleshooting, technology transfer, and ensuring compliance with GLP, GMP, ICH, USP, and data integrity standards.Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize LC methods including SEC, IEX, HIC, RP-LC, HILIC, and Protein A.
- Perform CE-based analysis using CE-SDS, cIEF, and CZE.
- Execute analytical method qualification, validation, and transfer.
- Troubleshoot analytical methods to improve robustness and performance.
- Support formulation, stability, and process development studies.
- Prepare analytical protocols, SOPs, and technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with ICH, USP, GLP, GMP, and data integrity standards.
- Collaborate with QA, QC, Production, and cross-functional teams.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Master’s degree in Life Science, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Related Science Discipline, or M.Sc Chemistry (preferred where analytical development experience is applicable).
Required Skills
- Develop and optimize LC methods (SEC, IEX, HIC, RP-LC, HILIC, Pro-A).
- Perform CE-based analysis (CE-SDS, cIEF, CZE) using PA800 Plus/Maurice.
- Execute method qualification, validation, and transfer.
- Troubleshoot methods to improve performance and robustness.
- Support formulation, process development, and stability studies.
- Prepare analytical protocols, SOPs, and reports.
