Under the Hetero Junior Chemist Recruitment 2026, selected candidates will work in the Analytical Quality Assurance department, supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. The role involves ensuring compliance with cGMP and GDP
guidelines, maintaining accurate Batch Production Records (BPR), and adhering to Good Documentation Practices. Junior Chemists will contribute to quality assurance and IPQA activities, handle deviations, CAPA, and Change Control procedures, and ensure adherence to ALCOA+ Data Integrity principles. The position requires attention to detail, accurate documentation, and the ability to work in rotational shifts within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.Responsibilities
- Perform Quality Assurance and IPQA activities.
- Follow cGMP and GDP guidelines.
- Maintain Batch Production Records (BPR).
- Ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices.
- Follow ALCOA+ Data Integrity principles.
- Handle SOPs, deviations, CAPA, and Change Control procedures.
- Prepare accurate documentation.
- Work efficiently in rotational shifts.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance/IPQA in a Pharmaceutical or API manufacturing company. Freshers with relevant academic knowledge may also apply.
