CSIR – Central Food Technological Research Institute, Mysuru, desires to engage a qualified candidate as Project Associate-I purely on a temporary contractual basis for the project entitled “Scaling up the multi-fume technology with sequential fumigation process for safe storage of food commodities from insect pest infestations” with project number FTT030602. The engagement
is initially for a period up to March 2027 and may be extendable up to one more year based on the requirement or till the end of the project duration, whichever is earlier at CSIR-CFTRI, Mysuru, Karnataka. The details are as follows:Position Details

- Stipend & HRA:
- (a) Rs.31,000/- plus HRA for those candidates who have qualified National Eligibility Tests (CSIR-UGC NET, GATE etc.)
- (b) Rs. 25,000/- plus HRA for others who do not fall under (a) above
Essential Qualification & Job Requirements

- Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in Zoology/Botany/Chemistry from a recognised university or equivalent
- Job Requirements: To carry out R&D activities aligned with the project objectives.
