Who You Are
- You hold a degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline, or bring equivalent practical experience in a Quality Control laboratory environment.
- You have hands-on experience in analytical techniques, sample analysis, and laboratory operations within a regulated manufacturing or Life Science setting.
- You demonstrate a solid understanding of Quality Management Systems and are experienced in following and writing standard operating procedures.
- You bring a continuous improvement mindset, with experience participating in Root Cause Analysis, investigations, or Kaizen initiatives.
- You are detail-oriented and disciplined in maintaining accurate records, logbooks, and documentation in line with Good Laboratory Practice.
- You communicate technical results clearly and effectively to supervisors, peers, and internal stakeholders.
- You are comfortable working in a shift-based environment and can manage multiple analytical priorities while maintaining compliance with KPIs.
- Proven experience in designing, optimizing, and validating robust analytical methods to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Strong hands‑on expertise with advanced instrumentation including HPLC, ICP‑OES, ICP‑MS, and GC for reliable routine testing.
- Skilled in fundamental methods such as titrations, UV spectroscopy, and IR spectroscopy, ensuring comprehensive characterization capabilities.
