Job Overview:
Lupin is recruiting for the position of Associate – Production at its Goa manufacturing facility. This Chemistry Job involves supporting production activities across granulation, compression, coating, and encapsulation operations. The selected candidate will ensure adherence to cGMP, GxP, and EH&S requirements while performing manufacturing activities, equipment handling, documentation, in-process checks, and quality compliance tasks. These Associate jobs offer valuable experience within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manufacturing activities according to approved batch manufacturing records.
- Handle movement and storage of raw materials and finished products.
- Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment as per SOPs.
- Conduct in-process checks and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GxP, and EH&S requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness of manufacturing areas and machinery.
- Support quality management systems and report discrepancies.
- Execute line clearance activities during product changeovers.
- Assist with calibration and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot process and machine-related issues when required.
- Participate in mandatory training and continuous improvement initiatives.
