Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize analytical methods for APIs and oral dosage forms.
- Establish analytical methods for assay, dissolution, degradation products, related substances, and content uniformity.
- Conduct forced degradation studies to establish stability-indicating methods.
- Execute analytical method validation according to ICH Q2(R1) guidelines.
- Prepare validation protocols and reports.
- Perform impurity profiling and analytical method development for new products.
- Provide analytical support to formulation development teams.
- Operate and troubleshoot HPLC, UPLC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, Dissolution Apparatus, and GC.
- Ensure instrument calibration and laboratory compliance.
- Collaborate with QA, Regulatory Affairs, Stability, and Formulation Development teams.
