Job Overview
Linde South Asia Services Pvt. Ltd. has invited applications for the position of Trainee Engineer – Operations in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The selected candidates will be groomed for Engineer Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and Customer & Medical Engineering Services (C&MES) roles. The position
involves operating plants safely, optimizing plant parameters, improving efficiency, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting maintenance activities. This Trainee Engineer Job provides valuable exposure to industrial operations, project coordination, and process management in a global engineering environment.Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to prevent unscheduled breakdowns through condition monitoring.
- Monitor machine efficiency and plant performance for optimal output.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure effective water treatment programs and maintain required water quality standards.
- Coordinate projects, raise CAPEX requirements, and manage vendor interactions.
- Serve as the site in charge and plant emergency coordinator when required.
- Maintain plant logs and operational records.
- Support shift management and medical gas production according to FDA standards.
- Ensure compliance with Pollution Control Board norms and quality management systems.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and production performance reports.
- Maintain statutory compliance related to licenses and regulatory requirements.

Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical Engineering
