Job Overview
Pristine Organics is hiring Production Executives for its manufacturing facility in Doddaballapur, Karnataka. This Chemistry Job is suitable for candidates with 2–6 years of experience in Food, Nutraceutical, Dairy, or Pharmaceutical industries. The selected candidates will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain GMP and food safety standards, and coordinate with
Quality Assurance, Stores, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth production processes.- Job Post: Production Executive -02 Positions
- Location: Doddaballapur, Karnataka
Responsibilities
- Execute daily production plans and achieve production targets as per schedule.
- Supervise blending, packing, and manufacturing operations on the shop floor.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and food safety requirements.
- Monitor manpower utilization and production efficiency.
- Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and production documentation.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process checks and product quality compliance.
- Ensure availability and proper utilization of raw and packing materials.
- Minimize production losses, wastage, and machine downtime.
- Train and supervise operators and production staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Support audits, CAPA implementation, process improvements, and new product trials.
Requirements:
- 2–6 years of experience in Food, Nutraceutical, Dairy, Pharmaceutical is a MUST
- Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related fields
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and production documentation
