Key Responsibilities:
- Comply with all cGMP, GxP, and EH&S requirements.
- Complete assigned SOP and operational training programs.
- Execute warehouse activities in accordance with approved procedures.
- Report deviations, challenges, and quality concerns to supervisors.
- Complete mandatory workgroup training in the L2LMS (SABA) system.
- Review and update warehouse documentation as per SOP requirements.
- Manage the receipt and dispensing of raw and packing materials.
- Ensure safe handling and protection of warehouse equipment.
- Maintain accurate SAP records and online bin location updates.
- Perform calibration of weighing balances in accordance with SOP guidelines.
- Support warehouse upkeep and maintenance activities.
- Monitor storage conditions for warehouse materials.
- Conduct physical stock verification and inventory checks.
Educational Requirements:
- Graduation in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry
- Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical warehouse operations.
- Understanding of cGMP and GxP guidelines.
- Documentation and record management skills.
- SAP knowledge for inventory management.
