Responsibilities
- Perform production activities including compounding, filling, cleaning, raw material posting, and charging, as well as CYC stock control
- Adhere to material instructions in accordance with process orders, SOPs, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Verify raw material shortfalls prior to compounding.
- Closely monitor production punctuality, safety, and adherence to GMP standards.
- Operate equipment such as the hot box, deep freezer, stacker, auto-filling machine, and CIP system
- Maintain the production plant in an auditable state by adhering to GMP, food safety, hygiene, and safety compliance
- Understand safety standards and execute in daily activities in a safe and compliant manner.
- Understand the company’s strategy and goals, and work towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- Candidate should have a minimum of S.S.C + ITI, HSC. AOCP, Diploma in Chemical. Graduation.
- Experience should be between 1 and 2 years minimum
- Basic computer knowledge, understanding of business terminologies
- Curious, good observation skills, open-minded, and excellent communication skills for successful teamwork.
