Job Overview:
The company is recruiting candidates for Research Executive Jobs within its Research & Technology division. The role focuses on conducting experiments, product testing, validation trials, formulation assessments, performance evaluations, technical reporting, and supporting product standardization
initiatives. Through Asian Paints Careers, selected candidates will contribute to innovation-driven projects while gaining valuable experience in research operations, product enhancement, and technology development activities.Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization of the technical approaches, planning and execution of the experiments – Processing of batches of product under development using various paint processing equipments.
- Testing of the experimental designs as per test protocol defined, generating and recording data.
- Conducting application/product validation trials at sites which can be located at different locations across India.
- Generation of the test reports and evaluation of samples for optical and other aspects of paint performances.
- Evaluation of alternate RMs in the existing product formulation for suitability and performance assessment.
- Support to plant with respect to standardization of the product at PEL/OPC.
- Preparing the technical reports, maintaining appropriate and updated records of experiments in lab notebook & Optiva.
- Testing of complaint samples if any and resolution.
- Active participation in ISO as well as OSHSA activities.
- Handling of customer complaints.
Qualifications: B.Tech polymer science, MSc chemistry
Work Experience: 1-3 Years in construction chemicals/waterproofing/tile adhesive.
