Job Overview:
This Quality Control Jobs role involves performing routine and advanced analytical testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. The QC Officer ensures compliance with cGMP, ISO 9001:2015, and internal quality systems. Responsibilities include SAP reporting, documentation, calibration support, and coordination with
production teams. Candidates will also handle HPLC, GC, wet chemistry, and stability testing while maintaining strict quality and safety standards in the laboratory environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform sampling and analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods
- Conduct HPLC, GC, and wet chemistry analysis
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Maintain SAP records and timely result reporting
- Support calibration and standard preparation activities
- Prepare and maintain analytical documentation and logbooks
- Assist in ISO implementation and quality system maintenance
- Train and supervise operators in QC processes
- Monitor waste management during laboratory operations
- Ensure timely analysis and reporting of test results
Educational Requirements:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry
- 2–5 years of experience in Quality Control or Analytical Chemistry
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of analytical chemistry techniques
- Hands-on experience with HPLC and GC instruments
- Understanding of cGMP and ISO 9001 systems
