About the Job:
This Biocon Internship is designed for fresh graduates interested in biopharmaceutical manufacturing and
downstream production operations. The selected intern will support purification activities, process monitoring, equipment operations, and GMP-compliant manufacturing practices. Candidates seeking a Chemistry Internship will gain practical exposure to protein purification techniques, crystallization processes, and manufacturing operations within a professional biopharmaceutical environment.Responsibilities:
- Assist in protein purification processes (chromatography techniques, Centrifugation, filtration)
- Support Crystallization and equipment operations
- Follow GMP, SOPs, and safety practices
- Assist in cleaning, sterilization, and process monitoring
Eligibility:
- BSc/MSc/BE/Btech in Biochemistry, Industrial chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical technology, Chemical engineering
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of downstream processing & GMP
- Team player, willing to work in plant environment
