Job Overview
The role of Research Executive N – IBU focuses on the Research & Technology division based at the state-of-the-art facility in Navi Mumbai, MH. This critical position centers on the core development of new products, structural product modifica
tions, performance upgrades, rigorous testing, benchmarking, and joint value creation. Operating within a collaborative team, the executive will bridge the gap between experimental laboratory conceptualization and real-world scaled applications within the construction chemicals and waterproofing sectors. Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization of the technical approaches, planning, and execution of the experiments – Processing of batches of product under development using various paint processing equipment.
- Testing of the experimental designs as per the test protocol defined, generating and recording data.
- Conducting application/ product validation trials at sites that can be located at different locations across India.
- Generation of the test reports and evaluation of samples for optical and other aspects of paint performances.
- Evaluation of alternate RMs in the existing product formulation for suitability and performance assessment.
- Support to plant wrt standardization of the product at PEL/OPC.
- Preparing the technical reports, maintaining appropriate and updated records of experiments in the lab notebook & Optiva
- Testing of complaint samples, if any, and resolution
- Active participation in ISO as well as OSHSA activities
- Handling of customer complaints
Requirements:
- Qualifications: B.Tech. Polymer Science, MSc Chemistry
- Work Experience: 1-3 Years in construction chemicals/waterproofing/tile adhesive
