Requirements:
- Masters/ Ph.D. – Freshers with research experience in genomics/ QPCR – any or wet laboratory experience with relevant instrumentation and applications
- Preferred Fields of Study: Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics, or related discipline
- Additional relevant certifications a plus
- Demonstrated expertise in field application support, customer training, and technical troubleshooting
- Strong presentation and communication skills for delivering technical content to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions
- Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence for understanding customer needs
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant scientific software
- Fluency in English required; additional language skills beneficial
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently (60-75% of time)
- Experience with data analysis, experimental design, and method development
- Deep technical knowledge of specific product portfolio and applications
