Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and advanced inorganic analysis using XRF, ICP-OES, CHNS, and IC.
- Lead method development, calibration protocols, and troubleshooting for XRF and other analytical instruments.
- Ensure instruments are well-maintained and coordinate repairs with service personnel.
- Adapt analytical approaches for a wide range of materials and applications.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Saint-Gobainās data management norms.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Prepare technical reports and communicate findings clearly.
- Plan and prioritize daily lab activities with minimal supervision.
- Maintain lab cleanliness, safety, and compliance with chemical handling and disposal regulations.

Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
- M.Sc./ MTech in Chemistry/ Ceramics/ Construction materials with 2ā5 years of experience in inorganic chemistry, preferably in an R&D or QC lab.
- Hands-on experience in XRF and/or ICP-OES is essential.
Skills:
- Strong expertise in XRF operation, method development, and instrument troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in cross-functional and diverse teams.
