Job Overview:
Calderys Careers is recruiting a Junior QPC Officer for its Dharuhera facility in Haryana. The selected candidate will support Quality Control Jobs involving testing of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products while ensuring compliance with quality standards. The role includes laboratory analysis, process control activities, documentation, complaint handling, and participation in quality
assurance processes across manufacturing operations.Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting the EHS protocols & regulatory norms in force
- To check and control quality parameters of the Raw materials & Semi-finished products and finished product.
- Data entry in computer
- Quality and Process control activities during Shift operation (1st /2nd/ 3rd).
- Testing of BD, CCS, PLC, Thermal Conductivity, Flexural strength, and other specific tests for refractory materials as applicable.
- Handling quality complaints.
Profile/Competencies:
- Requirements:
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, preferably with specialization in Inorganic or Analytical Chemistry.
- 1–5 years of experience in a refractory, ceramics, or related materials lab.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ASTM standards, and refractory material specifications.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and understanding of QA documentation.
