Job Title: 1 Year Apprenticeship Training Programme for Graduate Holders under NATS
IISER Tirupati invites applications from Indian National Graduates who have completed their education between 2022 and 2026, for a one-year apprenticeship under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), Ministry of Education, Department of Higher Education, Government of India.
Graduate Apprenticeship Positions
- B.Sc. with Chemistry with 50% or equivalent grade from a recognized University/Institute – 03 Positions
Stipend
- Graduate Apprentice: ₹9,000/- Monthly
Terms & Conditions for Apprenticeship Training
- All qualifications must be from Indian Institutions recognized by the appropriate statutory authority.
- Registration of candidates should be made on www.mhrdnats.gov.in
- Only candidates who completed their education between 2022 and 2026 are eligible to apply.
- Candidates who have undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training are not eligible.
- Candidates with more than one year of work experience are not eligible.
- Candidates should be at least 18 years old as of the date of selection.
- The apprenticeship training tenure is 12 months, starting from the contract execution date.
- No TA/DA for selection process stages.
- Training is as per the Apprenticeship Act 1961, with no employment obligation after completion.
- Hostel may be provided within the IISER Tirupati campus, subject to availability and on a payment basis.
- No transportation will be provided during the training.
- Selection is based on Academic Merit/Written Test/Interaction, pending document verification.
- Any influence attempt will lead to immediate candidature cancellation.
- IISER Tirupati reserves the right to cancel or change the advertisement/selection process.
- Apprentice numbers are indicative and may change based on eligible applications.
- Suppression of facts will lead to disqualification.
Instructions for the Candidates:
- Ensure all eligibility criteria are met before attending the selection process.
- NATS Registration is mandatory. Register at: National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS)
- Bring the filled application (Annexure A) with self-certified educational certificates, a valid category certificate, experience certificate if any, and PWD certificate if applicable, during selection.
- Submit separate applications if eligible for multiple positions.
- Provide correct and verified details and documents.
- Credentials verification will be done before contract creation.
- Carry self-attested copies of required documents for document verification.
- Selected candidates will be informed via email for certificate verification.
- A valid Police Verification Certificate is required at the time of joining.
- All disputes are subject to Tirupati court jurisdiction.
