Job Overview:
Molex Careers is recruiting candidates for Chemical Engineering Jobs under the Engineer – Product Stewardship role in Bangalore, Karnataka. The position involves managing environmental documentation, supporting customer compliance requirements, maintaining regulatory records, and ensuring products meet global environmental regulations. Candidates will coordinate with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and
customers while supporting RoHS, REACH, IMDS, and environmental compliance activities throughout the product lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage environmental compliance documentation
- Support RoHS and REACH regulatory activities
- Review and register environmental materials in databases
- Update regulatory documents in SAP DMS
- Handle customer environmental requests and surveys
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Support product compliance and stewardship activities
- Maintain IMDS and substance test reports
- Monitor customer-specific environmental requirements
- Stay updated with EHS regulations and compliance trends
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering
- 1–3 years of experience in product compliance or stewardship functions
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of RoHS and REACH regulations
- Understanding of IMDS and Full Material Declarations
- SAP DMS knowledge
- Environmental compliance documentation skills
- Attention to detail and data management abilities
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- MS Office proficiency, including Excel and VBA
