Job Overview
Eurofins is hiring for the Process Chemist position in its R&D Process Development team located in Peenya, Bangalore. This role focuses
on Organic Chemistry Job functions, including synthesis, reaction optimization, and analytical evaluation. Candidates will work with advanced instrumentation such as HPLC, GC, NMR, IR, and LC-MS. The role is ideal for MSc Chemistry and PhD Chemistry professionals seeking opportunities in Eurofins Careers within process chemistry and industrial R&D.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct experiments & interpret analytical data (HPLC, GC, NMR, IR, LC-MS)
- Literature & patent review using SciFinder & Reaxys
- Knowledge of retrosynthesis, reaction kinetics & mass balance
- Optimize synthetic routes & support scale-up / tech transfer
- Troubleshoot process challenges with manufacturing teams
- Scientific documentation & report writing
- Ensure safety compliance
Eligibility:
- Ph.D. with 2–4 years of experience OR
- MSc. with 2–5 years of experience
- Specialization in Organic / Process Chemistry
- Strong research, analytical & communication skills
